The domain name (ikshvakuracing.com) (“Website”) is operated by TAS Ikshvaku Racing (hereafter “Ikshvaku Racing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). TAS Ikshvaku Racing is a student motorsport team that designs, builds and competes with formula-style vehicles in student competitions such as Formula Bharat. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS / ELIGIBILITY
By using the Website you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent to use the Service. You agree to comply with these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
2. ONLINE STORE / PAYMENTS
If the Website offers merchandise, tickets, or paid services, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information. You represent that any credit/debit card or payment method you use is yours and authorized for the transaction. All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or error in pricing or product description.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We make efforts to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee monitor/display accuracy. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mysuru, Karnataka, India (the team’s operating location), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, to the extent permitted by law.
